 Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is placed on Mixrion, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping across the USA on all orders.
Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days
Carriers: UniUni, CJPacket Ordinary, USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on location and availability)
Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.

Multiple Packages
Items in your order may ship separately depending on availability. Partial deliveries are normal; remaining items will arrive in separate packages.

Order Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Mixrion is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier. Verify your shipping address, check with neighbors or your local post office, and contact our support team for assistance.

Track Your Order
After dispatch, tracking numbers will be emailed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
